We are aware that death is a part of life.  As Christians we believe that death leads to eternal life with Jesus.  But, too often death comes upon us before we are ready and final decisions are left up to the loved ones we leave behind.  The purpose of this page is to provide you with some information to prepare for that moment in your life. 

Advanced Medical Directive

Providing instruction for the medical staff at a time you may be unable to make decisions, is truly a gift to the people who care about you.  As an aid to beginning the process, the following information is provided.

Information About Wills

Having a Will and giving someone the “Power of Attorney” are an important parts of preparing for the Kingdom.  A Will provides you with control over the disposition of your estate.  A “Power of Attorney” gives a trusted love one power to make decision if you can’t. Burial or Cremation

Planning a Memorial Service
