WINTER CHOW

CHOW (Church on Wednesday) is a mid-week event at KGPC. It all starts with dinner at 5:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall followed at 6:30 pm with classes for both children and adults. All are invited, but it would be helpful to sign up for dinner by contacting the church office. (Number and email below)

Here is a preview of the coming weeks:

February 10th - Take part in our Winter Chili Cook off. Classes for all.
Adult classes include: "Changes" led by Sel Harris ( A Lenten Study) and "Parenting with a Purpose" led by Amy Restrepo.
The "Changes" class addresses a new top each week. Come for one or for all.

Pre-School children through 5th grade will be using the "Crocodile Dock" curriculum, which shares Bible stories, games, crafts and other fun activities. Classes are taught by Pat Bowling, Sandy Christenson, Beth Overton and Angie Heatherington. Youth will be sharing discussion and games based on the "Veracity" DVD's taught by Claudia Hudgens. Pre-School Teachers are Caroline Fetter and Marie Garrenton.

February 24 - Intergenerational Game Night. Join Mike and Anthony Burcher for fun games for all ages curing our program time. Menu is chicken strips, mashed potatoes, green beans and dessert.

CHOW classes will continue in March as they were in February. The dinner menu includes:

March 3 - Chicken casserole, salad, rolls, dessert.
March 10 - Turkey subs, pasta salad, fruit, dessert
March 17 - Hamburgers, beans, chips, dessert
March 24 - Pizza, veggies, dessert
